Guests are collected from their lodge at approximately 5:30am (subject to guests pickup location). We depart on the Tram at 6am, travelling on the railway through the national park to the Victoria Falls Bridge. On arrival, we enjoy tea and coffee on the bridge followed by a guided walk along the knife’s edge of the Batoka Gorge. Guests are back at the station by 7:30am and back at their lodge by 7:50am — plenty of time for breakfast and a slow morning.
There’s no rush on the tram. You climb aboard, settle in, and let Victoria Falls unfold around you — the bushveld, the bridge, the gorge below. It’s the kind of ride where you put your phone down halfway through and just look. (Bring it back out for the bridge crossing. That one’s worth the photo.)
