Booking & Cancelation Policy

  1. Full Payment Requirement:

– To secure a booking on the Bamba Tram, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

– Bookings made without payment will be considered provisional and will not be confirmed until payment is received.

  1. Priority for Paid Bookings:

– In the event that multiple guests are interested in the same date and time slot, priority will be given to bookings with payments already made.

– Any provisional bookings will be subject to availability and may be overridden by confirmed bookings with payments.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

– Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

– Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled travel date will not be eligible for any refund .

– No refunds are guaranteed for mechanical failure once the station has been departed.

– No refunds are provided for moved tickets.

– Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used during booking.

– It is the responsibility of the guest or agent that booked to to inform Bamba Tram of any cancellation requests within the specified time frame.

Please note that this booking policy ensures fairness and efficient management of reservations. By requiring full payment upfront, it allows us to secure bookings and allocate resources accordingly. The cancellation policy is designed to provide guests with a reasonable refund option well in advance of the travel date while minimizing losses for the business due to late cancellations.
